On March 28, 2008, Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi and U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice held a telephone conversation. They exchanged views on efforts to implement agreements reached between the presidents of the two countries, on promoting sound and stable development of Sino-U.S. constructive cooperation and on pushing forward the process of the six-party talks.
