Various agreements have been implemented seriously over the past one year, he said. Hailing the activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the diplomatic ties and "China-Sri Lanka Friendship Year" as very successful, Hu said China is satisfied with the status quo of bilateral ties with rapidly growing bilateral trade, smooth implementation of energy, ports and other large cooperation projects and fruitful sports and cultural exchanges.

China is ready to work with Sri Lanka to continue advancing mutually beneficial cooperation in all areas for the benefits of both peoples, he added.
