On July 4, 2011, Assistant Foreign Minister Cheng Guoping held consultations in the Foreign Ministry with Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Manassarian. Both sides exchanged in-depth views on bilateral ties, the cooperation between the two Foreign Ministries as well as international and regional issues of common concern. Both sides expressed satisfaction with the sustained, healthy and stable growth momentum of the ties, pledging to further enhance friendly cooperation on economy, trade, culture, education and regional exchanges as well as in international affairs.
