On October 22, 2011, Chinese Vice Premier Wang Qishan met with French President's Special Envoy, State Minister & Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Alain Juppe in Zhongnanhai. Both sides exchanged views on issues including the summit of the Group of 20, which is slated for early November in Cannes, the world economic situation and bilateral economic ties.
