China and Central Asian countries have become good neighbors, friends and partners with interwoven interest. No matter how the international situation fluctuates, the Chinese government will unswervingly pursue the diplomatic principle of being a good friend and a good partner of neighboring countries, support the development path chosen by the five Central Asian countries on their own, promote the traditional friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation with them and work with them to make unremitting efforts to build a harmonious world with lasting peace and common prosperity. China is willing to coordinate with them closely and take the opportunity of celebrating the 20th anniversary of diplomatic ties to strengthen political mutual trust, expand mutually beneficial cooperation, develop traditional friendship and create a promising future of bilateral relations.
