From March 29 to 30, 2012, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Cheng Guoping held bilateral consultations respectively with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Morgulov, Uzbekistan's Deputy Foreign Minister Usmanov and Kazakhstan's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sarybay, exchanging in-depth views on preparations for the 2012 SCO summit to be held in Beijing as well as relevant bilateral issues.
