At the invitation of Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov of the Russian Federation and Foreign Minister Kassymzhomart Tokayev of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing will attend the informal meeting between foreign ministers of China, Russia and India to be held in Vladivostok, Russia on June 2nd, and the Foreign Ministers' Meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Astana, capital of Kasakhstan, on June 4th.
