At the invitation of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo of the Republic of the Philippines, Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council will attend the 10^th Summit of ASEAN plus China, Japan and the ROK, the 10^th and the 2^nd East Asia Summit in Cebu, the Philippines and will pay an official visit to the Republic of the Philippines from December 11 to 14. Premier Wen Jiabao will also chair the 7^th China, Japan and ROK Summit.
