Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Jiang Yu announces at the regular press conference on September 27: President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo of the Republic of the Philippines will be invited to attend the 12th Special Olympics World Summer Games and then pay a visit to Yantai, Shandong from October 2 to 3.
