Foreign Ministry spokesperson Jiang Yu announces: At the invitation of State Councilor Tang Jiaxuan, Pham Gia Khiem, Vice Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam will visit China from January 22 to 26. He will co-chair the second meeting of the Guiding Committee for China-Vietnam Bilateral Cooperation with State Councilor Tang Jiaxuan.
