At the invitation of Nepalese Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai, Premier Wen Jiabao pays an official visit to Nepal on January 14, 2012.

Accompanying Premier Wen on the visit are Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi, Chairman Zhang Ping of the National Development and Reform Commission, Commerce Minister Chen Deming, Director of the Research Office of the State Council Xie Fuzhan, Deputy Secretary-General of the State Council and Director-General of the Government Offices Administration of the Sate Council Jiao Huancheng, Deputy Secretary-General of the State Council and Director of the Premier's Office Xiang Zhaolun and Vice Foreign Minister Zhai Jun.

Upon conclusion of his official visit to Nepal, at the invitation of King and Prime Minister Abdullah Bin Abdul-Aziz Al-Saud of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Vice President and Prime Minister Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum of the United Arab Emirates and Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jabor Al-Thani of the State of Qatar, Premier Wen Jiabao will pay official visits to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar and attend the opening ceremony of the fifth World Future Energy Summit to be held in Abu Dhabi.
