China and the US have agreed that the third China-US high-level consultation on people-to-people exchanges will be held in Beijing from May 3 to 4. State Councillor Liu Yandong and US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will jointly attend and co-chair the plenary session. Competent authorities of the two countries will also have working consultation, and host activities such as "China-US Student Exchange Forum" and China Provincial and US State Education Leaders Diologue.
