China's Foreign Minister to Attend UN Security Council Permanent Members' Meeting on Iraq

At the invitation of UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan, China's Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing will attend a foreign ministers meeting of the five Permanent Members of the UN Security Council on Iraq in Geneva on September 13th. This is an important meeting at the key moment of rebuilding Iraq. China hopes that all parties concerned would work constructively and reach a broad consensus on the relevant issues.
