On March 8 and 9, 2004, Zhang Yesui, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of China held political consultations with Belgian Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs Mrs. Annemie Neyts-Uyttebroeck and Director-General for Bilateral Relations of Belgian Foreign Ministry Mr. Green in Brussels respectively. The two sides gave positive comments on the sound development of China-Belgium relations in recent years and exchanged views on EU integration, non-proliferation and Doha Round of multilateral trade talks.
