On the afternoon of April 9, 2004, Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing held a phone conversation with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Gryshchenko. The two sides exchanged views on how to implement the consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries and on further strengthening the friendly co-operative relations between the two countries.
