Tang Longbin, former Assistant Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of P.R.C. (02/1986-07/1988), was born in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province on 29 June 1931. He started work in December 1950, served at Chinese embassies in India, Nepal and Sweden and worked in the protocol area of MFA for a long time.
