On March 16, 2005, Deputy Minister Majeed of Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed his country's attitude on the Anti-Secession Law passed by the National People's Congress (NPC) of China to the director the Representative Office of China to Palestine. Palestine opposes any form actions of to split China, will not engage in any official relations with Taiwan, and firmly supports the Chinese government to take any necessary measures to safeguard its sovereignty and territorial integrity and promote the national reunification.
