Assistant Foreign Minister Lu Guozeng met with the African Journalists  who are in China to participate in the Second Workshop for African Juornalists, which is sponsored by the Secretariat of the Chinese Follow-up Committee of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation on April 13, 2005.

The Assistant Foreign Minister also presented graduation certificates to the participants.
