Li Zhaoxing Holds Talks with Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister

On March 25, 2007, Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing held talks in Beijing with visiting Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Gia Khiem. The two sides exchanged in-depth views on implementing the consensus reached by the leaders of both countries and on expanding bilateral relations and agreed to take positive measures to push forward China-Vietnam good-neighborly friendship. Pham reiterated Vietnam's adherence to the one-China policy, which Li appreciated. Pham is on an official visit to China at the invitation of Li Zhaoxing.
