The second session of the sixth-round of six-party talks ended in Beijing on November 3, 2007, adopting the joint document on Implementing the Second-Phase Actions of the Joint Statement. Wu Dawei, chairman of this round of talks, head of the Chinese delegation and Vice Chinese Foreign Minister held a press conference at the foreign ministry and released the joint document.
