On January 29, 2008, Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister He Yafei met in the office building of the Chinese Foreign Ministry with visiting Deputy Director General for Strategic Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel, who is here for China-Israel consultation on arms control and anti-proliferation. Both sides made positive comments on bilateral ties and exchanged views on arms control, disarmament and regional nuclear issues.
