On August 26, 2009, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Zhijun met with a delegation headed by Håkon Arald Gulbrandsen, visiting State Secretary of the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Both sides exchanged views on bilateral ties and issues of common concern.
