On July 27, 2010, Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister Liu Zhenmin met with Norwegian State Secretary for Foreign Affairs Gry Larsen in Oslo, exchanging views on how to enhance China-Norway cooperation in the fields of the North Pole, climate change, ocean and fishery. Chinese Ambassador to Norway Tang Guoqiang attended the meeting.
