At the invitation of Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung of Vietnam, Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council will attend the 13th China-ASEAN Summit, the 13th ASEAN plus 3 Summit and the 5th East Asia Summit to be held in Hanoi, Vietnam from October 28 to 30. During this period, Premier Wen Jiabao will also attend China-Japan-ROK Leaders' Meeting.
