On June 20, 2011, Chinese State Councilor Dai Bingguo and Ukrainian First Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Klyuyev attended the signing ceremony of China-Ukraine bilateral cooperation documents. Dai was accompanying Chinese President Hu Jintao on his visit to Ukraine. Representatives from relevant government agencies and companies of the two countries signed the documents on cooperation in such fields as agriculture, energy, electric power, science and technology and innovation.

Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi, Minister of the National Development and Reform Commission Zhang Ping and Minister of Commerce Chen Deming attended the above activities.
