Zhang Ming

Zhang Ming, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs

Area of responsibility: General Office, finance, as well as West Asia and North Africa, and Africa

Born in Li County, Hebei Province in June 1957, ethnic Han. University graduate. Mr. Zhang entered the workforce in 1975 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in 1983. He is currently Vice Minister and member of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA).
