On the morning of November 26, 2017, at the invitation of Prime Minister Viktor Orban of Hungary and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev of Russia, Premier Li Keqiang left Beijing by special plane for Budapest to attend the Sixth Summit of China and Central and Eastern European Countries (CEEC), and pay an official visit to Hungary as well as attend the 16th Meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Council of Heads of Government (Prime Ministers) held in Sochi, Russia.
