Nuclear Safety is closely related to national economic development, social stability and national security. Ensuring Safety must be the prerequisite for developing and utilizing nuclear energy. All countries should take effective measures to enhance the nuclear safety and actively conduct international cooperation, so as to enhance the safety and reliability of nuclear power. China supports further enhancement and improvement of international nuclear safety system on the basis of universal participation of the international community.
