On August 18, 2014, Vice Foreign Minister Cheng Guoping met with Director-General of the Department of International Organizations and Security of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Daniyar Mukashev of Kyrgyzstan and his delegation who came to China to attend the third China-Kyrgyzstan Counter-terrorism Consultation. The two sides mainly exchanged in-depth views on topics of common interest including the China-Kyrgyzstan relations and the counter-terrorism cooperation between the two countries.
