On August 25, 2014,Director-General of the Department of External Security Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Liu Guangyuan and Ambassador Jakkrit Srivali attached to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand jointly chaired the China-Thailand comprehensive security consultation in Beijing. The two sides mainly exchanged in-depth views on regional security, counter-terrorism and several issues of China's concern.
