2003/08/14

The Japanese Government has informed China of its decision to send a six-member toxic sealing expert group and a seven-member medical expert group to Qiqihar city, Helongjiang Province on August 14th and 16th respectively. They will further seal up the five barrels filled with toxic chemicals left over by Japan and help cure the poisoned.

China hopes the Japanese side to step up its efforts, and handle the issue in a serious and proper manner, so as to thoroughly solve the issue of chemical weapons left over by Japan in China at an early date.
