Vice Foreign Minister Zhai Jun Attends Reception Marking the 40th Anniversary of the Establishment of China-Rwanda Diplomatic Relations

On November 15, 2011, Vice Foreign Minister Zhai Jun at invitation attended a reception marking the 40th anniversary of the establishment of China-Rwanda diplomatic relations co-hosted by the Rwandan Embassy in China and the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries. Zhai also exchanged views with Francois Ngarambe, Rwandan Ambassador to China, on China-Rwanda relations and other issues.
