Ambassador Yu Hong Attends the Book Launch of Nepal-China Relations: New Avenues and Possibilities

On March 26, 2018, Ambassador Yu Hong attended the book launch of Nepal-China Relations: New Avenues and Possibilities, which was organized by International Concern Center Nepal. Rt.Hon.Mr. K.P.Sharma Oli, Prime Minister of Nepal, attended the program as Chief Guest. Hon. Mr. Pradip Gyawali, Foreign Minister of Nepal, Hon. Mrs. Sujata Koirala, former Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Nepal, representatives of social societies and media and other Ambassadors and diplomats to Nepal were present.

Ambassador Yu briefed the 19th National Congress of CPC, which established the historical position of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC) and National People’s Congress (NPC) 2018. Ambassador Yu expressed that China and Nepal are good friends and good neighbors. China-Nepal comprehensive cooperative partnership featuring ever-lasting friendship would make new achievements continuously under the joint efforts of the two sides.
