On April 8, 2021, Director-General of the Department of Latin American and Caribbean Affairs of the Foreign Ministry Cai Wei met with envoys and representatives from 24 Latin American and Caribbean countries. The two sides exchanged in-depth views on China-Latin America collective cooperation, China-Latin America relations and issues of common concern.
