That has not only served the common interests of the two countries, but also brought stability to the turbulent world. President Khurelsukh paid a visit to China right after the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), which speaks volumes of the high degree of mutual trust between the two sides and the high level of the China-Mongolia comprehensive strategic partnership. China is ready to work with Mongolia to take this visit as an opportunity to implement the common understandings reached by the leaders of the two countries, further increase exchanges on governance experience, work in solidarity and coordination on the path of development, revitalization and modernization, and make strides toward the general direction of building a community with a shared future between the two countries.

Wang Yi pointed out that China appreciates the Mongolian People’s Party for pursuing a friendly policy towards China, and stands ready to work with Mongolia to firmly support each other in safeguarding their lawful rights and interests. The cooperation between China and Mongolia enjoys immense potential and broad prospects and is presented with development opportunities across the board. China fully understands Mongolia’s development concerns and needs, and stands ready to step up cooperation with Mongolia in fields such as economy and trade, minerals, customs, infrastructure, desertification mitigation, people’s livelihood, cultural and people-to-people exchanges, as well as at sub-national levels, in line with the spirit of amity, sincerity, mutual benefit and inclusiveness, and the vision of building a community with a shared future.

Battsetseg extended congratulations on the success of the 20th CPC National Congress and President Xi Jinping’s re-election as the General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee. She said that Mongolia-China cooperation is of great significance to Mongolia’s economic and social development. Mongolia hopes to work with China to advance key projects and enhance connectivity, so as to bring bilateral relations to new heights.
