Ding Xuexiang Meets Respectively with Mongolian President Khurelsukh Ukhnaa and Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov

On September 2, 2025, Member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council Ding Xuexiang met respectively with Mongolian President Khurelsukh Ukhnaa and Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, who are in China for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit 2025 and events commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, in Beijing.

When meeting with Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, Ding Xuexiang noted that President Xi Jinping and President Khurelsukh Ukhnaa held a fruitful meeting in the morning and attended the meeting of heads of state of China, Russia and Mongolia. The China-Mongolia comprehensive strategic partnership represents a shared strategic choice of the two peoples. China is ready to work with Mongolia under the guidance of building a China-Mongolia community with a shared future to continuously consolidate strategic mutual trust, deepen practical cooperation across various fields, and advance bilateral relations to higher levels.

Khurelsukh Ukhnaa said that the Mongolia-China relationship is a model of bilateral relations in the region. Mongolia appreciates China's important role in world peace and stability, and is willing to strengthen high-level exchanges with China, deepen mutual trust and cooperation, and work for greater development of bilateral relations.

When meeting with Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Ding Xuexiang said that under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, China-Turkmenistan relations have maintained a good momentum of development. China is ready to work with Turkmenistan to jointly implement the important common understandings reached by the two heads of state, accelerate the synergy between the Belt and Road Initiative and the strategy of "Revival of the Great Silk Road", continue to expand and strengthen cooperation on natural gas, explore cooperation in non-resource sectors, and effectively enhance the well-being of the people of the two countries.

Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated China on successfully hosting a high-level SCO Summit, and expressed willingness to strengthen Turkmenistan-China cooperation across various fields, implement the outcomes of the summit, and better promote regional stability and development.
