Q: The Iraqi Governing Council was established on July 13. What's your comment?

A: China welcomes the establishment of the Iraqi Governing Council. China hopes that the situation in Iraq will stabilize as soon as possible and the Iraqi people will be able to enjoy stable lives at an early date.
