On April 15, 2015, Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Ming met with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Hassan al-Saghir of Libya at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who was in China for the attendance the 54th Annual Session of the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO). The two sides exchanged views on topics including China-Libya relations.
