On August 9 local time, when answering questions from the reporters in Liberia on how to prevent reoccurrence of Ebola, Foreign Minister Wang Yi noted that Ebola's raging in the three Western African countries is firstly due to the lack of public health and disease prevention systems and the root cause is that they haven't shaken off poverty. Therefore, the fundamental solution to preventing reoccurrence of Ebola and other epidemics of this kind is to find effective paths to eliminate poverty and achieve development as soon as possible. In this process, China will be the most reliable cooperative partner of African countries.
