On July 7, 2006, Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council met in Ziguangge, Zhongnanhai, with Foreign Minister of Montenegro Miodrag Vlahovic, who was here in China to sign the joint communique to establish diplomatic ties between China and Montenegro and pay an official visit to China. Both sides held talks in a cordial and friendly atmosphere.
