On October 14, 2010, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Fu Ying met with Mirsad Bibović, Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro, who is here in China for consultations. Both sides exchanged views on bilateral ties and other issues of common concern. Fu also briefed on China’s domestic development.
