Between 00:00 and 24:00, 30 March, the following were newly reported by the 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:

a) 48 confirmed cases (all imported ones);

b) 1 fatal case (in Hubei);

c) 44 suspected cases (all imported ones);

d) 282 cured and discharged cases;

e) 1,199 close contacts released from medical observation; and

f) 105 fewer severe cases.

As of 24:00, 30 March, 667 imported cases (including 18 severe cases) are still under treatment and results of 180 suspected cases pending. In total, 771 imported cases have been confirmed, 104 cases cured and discharged, and no fatal case reported.

As of 24:00, 30 March, the following had been reported by the 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:

a) 2,161 confirmed cases (including 528 severe cases) still under treatment;

b) 183 suspected cases pending test results;

c) 81,518 confirmed cases;

d) 76,052 cured and discharged cases;

e) 3,305 fatal cases; and

f) 706,017 close contacts traced (including 19,853 still under medical observation).

Between 00:00 and 24:00, 30 March, the following were newly reported by Hubei:

a) no confirmed case (Wuhan included);

b) 271 cured and discharged cases (including 269 in Wuhan);

c) 1 fatal case (in Wuhan); and

d) no suspected case (Wuhan included).

As of 24:00, 30 March, Hubei had reported:

a) 1,461 confirmed cases still under treatment (including 1,456 in Wuhan);

b) 497 severe cases still under treatment (including 493 in Wuhan);

c) 63,153 cured and discharged cases (including 46,002 in Wuhan);

d) 3,187 fatal cases (including 2,548 in Wuhan);

e) 67,801 confirmed cases (including 50,006 in Wuhan); and

f) no suspected case pending test results (Wuhan included).

As of 24:00, 30 March, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan had altogether reported 1,027 confirmed cases:

a) 682 in the Hong Kong SAR (including 124 discharged cases and 4 fatal cases);

b) 39 in the Macao SAR (including 10 discharged cases); and

c) 306 in the Taiwan region (including 39 discharged cases and 5 fatal cases).
