Assistant Foreign Minister Wu Jianghao Meets with Newly-appointed Ambassador of Mongolia to China T. Badral

On November 3, 2020, Assistant Foreign Minister Wu Jianghao met with the newly-appointed ambassador of Mongolia to China T. Badral.

Wu Jianghao welcomed Badral to assume his new office in China, expressing that, at present, the relationship between China and Mongolia are in a period of rapid development. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, China and Mongolia have supported and helped each other, and the relations between the two countries have been refined and sublimated in the fight against COVID-19. China is ready to work with Mongolia to implement the consensus reached by the leaders of both countries, overcome the challenge brought by the pandemic, strengthen pragmatic cooperation and push for the steady and long-term development of China-Mongolia comprehensive strategic partnership.

Badral spoke highly of China-Mongolia cooperation against COVID-19, expressing that Mongolia takes developing its friendly relations with China as the top priority of its foreign policy and firmly pursues the One-China policy. In the near future, Mongolia hopes to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the fields of economy, trade, and culture. As Ambassador to China, he is willing to actively fulfill his duties and make the utmost efforts to this end.
