On September 19, 2023, H.E. Mr. Chen Daojiang, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Jamaica, attended the Chinese Ambassador’s Scholarship Awarding Ceremony at the Caribbean Maritime University and delivered a speech. Professor Andrew Spencer, President of the CMU, attended the ceremony as well as other senior executives.
