Ma Zhaoxu said, China and Brazil are both major developing countries and emerging market economies. Since the fifth meeting of the China-Brazil High-level Coordination and Cooperation Committee in 2019, the two countries have kept close high-level exchanges, deepened practical cooperation constantly and maintained sound communication and coordination in the multilateral arena, demonstrating strong resilience and vitality.
