China in principle supports all endeavors aimed at strengthening the international nuclear non-proliferation regime. We hope that the international community can seek a practical scheme acceptable to all through thorough consultations. Such a scheme should not only promote the goal of preventing the proliferation of nuclear weapons, but also be conducive to realizing the rights of peaceful uses of nuclear energy of all countries, especially developing countries.
