On October 18, 2019, Deputy Director-General of the Protocol Department of the Foreign Ministry Li Anrong accepted the copy of credentials presented by newly-appointed Bangladeshi Ambassador to China Mahbub Uz Zaman. Ambassador Mahbub Uz Zaman arrived in Beijing on October 17.
