On December 4, 2021, the "No. 7A Salon - Press Briefing on the Third Ministers' Meeting of the China-CELAC Forum" was held at Xianhe Hall of Beijing International Club. Special Representative of the Chinese Government on Latin American Affairs Qiu Xiaoqi attended the Salon upon invitation. He briefed on the meeting and exchanged ideas with attending journalists on the development of China-CELAC relations.
