Both sides exchanged in-depth views on further facilitating personnel exchanges, resuming work and production and reopening schools under the current situation of epidemic prevention and control.

Both sides agreed that under the joint guidance of the two heads of state, China and the ROK have maintained close communication and cooperation among all departments of both countries and at all levels, and taken the lead in establishing a joint prevention and control cooperation mechanism and opening a "fast lane" for essential personnel exchanges, which have given a strong boost to the resumption of work and production and economic recovery of the two countries and set an example for international anti-COVID-19 cooperation.

Both sides agreed to further deepen China-ROK cooperation in COVID-19 containment, steadily push forward the full implementation of pre-boarding nucleic acid testing, appropriately expand the scope of bilateral personnel exchanges in the near future, actively build a new mode of safe, healthy and orderly cross-border personnel exchanges, and better serve the prevention and control of COVID-19 and economic and social development of the two countries.
