Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Yesui held talks with Ms. Sanda Rašković Ivić, President of the Coordination Center of Serbia and Montenegro and the Republic of Serbia for Kosovo in the building of foreign ministry. Ms Ivić introduced the current situation of Kosovo and the ongoing negotiations over the status of Kosovo. Zhang reaffirmed the consistent position of China on the Kosovo issue and stressed that China, as one of the permanent members of the UN Security Council, will continue to make efforts for the solution of the Kosovo issue.
